Brad & Dills is an independent, owner-run bagel and coffee business. We serve proper coffee and food we are proud of, across five sites, with a team of around 90 people. The Coffee Supervisor is the person who holds the coffee standard on the floor. You are on bar for most of your shift, running service, keeping quality tight and bringing the rest of the team up with you.
