About the role
Cafés Henri, an Alsatian roaster since 1949, is looking for a Sales Advisor / Shop Manager for its factory shop. As the ambassador of the house you handle opening and closing, welcome and advise customers, introduce the coffees, teas, infusions and fine-grocery range, drive sales towards commercial targets, manage merchandising, deliveries, stock rotation and the till, and run tastings and in-store events. Profile: proven retail experience, ideally in specialty retail, fine food, gastronomy or coffee; warm, organised, autonomous and commercially minded; BAC+2 in commerce. Coffee knowledge is a plus — full product training is provided. Permanent contract (CDI), 35 hours a week, Monday to Saturday, on site at the factory shop, 2,100 EUR per month plus staff discounts.
