Finance Manager

Company Description An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team as a Finance Manager. You will be responsible for running the finance department to ensure the business is operating smoothly and efficiently maintaining great communication with other departments, while improving company procedures and day-to-day operations. Position Creating monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB) and IFRS and associated reports General ledger account reconciliation End of month accounting entries (accruals, prepaid expenses) Management of the inventory and its related implications Monitoring/supporting invoicing and dunning and aged debtor management and account reconciliation Maintaining the accuracy and integrity of financial systems and supporting future system developments. Managing further development of SAP and other IT systems Annual budget and budget review preparation Controlling Cash flow planning Releasing payment runs Contact person for bank, auditors and tax advisors VAT and statistical reports Requirements We are looking for an applicant who is energised, trustworthy, and hard-working, with excellent communication and team working skills.
