The Role As a Barista , you bring warmth and energy to every cup — crafting high-quality coffee and tea beverages that reflect Vida Plena’s signature hospitality. You combine precision and passion, creating drinks that not only taste exceptional but make guests feel truly cared for. With attention to detail and a smile, you help set the tone for an experience that feels effortless, calm, and welcoming. Your Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company standards and recipes. Operate coffee equipment (espresso machines, grinders) safely and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista station and surrounding area. Deliver excellent customer service and connect with guests in a friendly and professional manner. Accurately handle cash and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system. Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth service operations. What We Expect From You Experience: 6 months to 2 years as a barista or in a similar customer-facing role. Proficient in coffee preparation, customer service, and basic cash handling. Excellent interpersonal skills and a warm, engaging presence. Collaborative and dependable, thriving in a fast-paced environment. Attentive, energetic, and calm under pressure. A love for coffee, hospitality, and continuous learning. Fluent in English, with local language skills as a plus. Excited to learn through ongoing training in beverage preparation, upselling, and guest interaction. What's in For you?
